As an Irish Life Health member* you can access Hertility’s at-home test kit and get advanced insights into hormonal imbalances, including your ovarian egg reserve as well as be screened for up to 18 conditions that can impact reproductive health. In as little as ten days you will receive your Doctor-written report explaining your results with suggested next steps for any follow up care you may need. And if you need it, you can book an online consultation with their Fertility Specialist for an in-depth discussion about what your results mean for you.

Our fertility care doesn’t stop there
As an Irish Life Health member you can also access a range of other proactive health care benefits* for both male and females. These include access to virtual Dieticians for nutrition tips, general health screening as well as a contribution towards the cost of gym memberships and fitness wearables which offer great benefits in managing fertility like tracking menstrual cycles and symptoms. Female members can also access expert fertility care with GPs who are specialists in female health. Depending on your plan you can claim a contributions towards other types of his and hers fertility screening too.

Who are Hertility?
Founded in 2019 by Irish sisters Dr. Helen and Deirdre O’Neill, UK based Hertility Health Ltd are an award-winning healthcare company that have developed next-generationtechnology and care that allows women to proactively test, track and treat their hormonal health.
What’s included in the benefit?
Under this benefit Irish Life Health members get a contribution towards an at-home hormone and fertility assessment kit and an online consultation with a fertility specialist through Hertility Health Limited once per policy year.
How much does it cost?
The cost to Irish Life Health members is €60. Payment by credit or debit card is required at the time of ordering the at-home assessment kit. Irish Life Health will pay Hertility Health Ltd directly for our contribution.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can use the benefit?
The benefit can be used once per policy year.
Are there age restrictions on this benefit?
This benefit is available to female members aged 18 years and over.
How will I receive my results report?
Upon completing your online health assessment and ordering your at-home assessment kit you will be asked to create a Hertility account using your email address. Once your doctor-written results report is ready you will receive an email directly from Hertility to notify you to login in to your Hertility account to retrieve your report.
What if I need additional tests or scans after I get my results?
The Hertility doctor may recommend additional follow-on services such as scans or visits to other health professionals. These follow-on services are not covered under this benefit. You may have cover on your plan under another benefit listed on your Table of Cover. Members should check their Table of Cover before booking or attending follow up care.
How is my data and records stored?
Hertility Health is the data controller for all patient data. Any data collected and stored by Hertility Health will be done so in accordance with their Data Privacy notice.
